19. Terms and Conditions *
1. The content of this website is for your general information and use only. 2. The Backyard Bouquet reserves the right to choose flowers, greenery, containers and ribbon best suited for your event order 3.. Please note that floral arrangement sizes, quantity of flowers and color variations will vary from the image examples on the site depending on the specifics of your order, seasons and color palette 4.. No orders will be taken less than fourteen days in advance and may take rush requests with a fee depending upon availability 5. We require a $300 minimum on all orders (excludes tax and delivery) 6. If your event is more than 2 weeks away, we require a non-refundable deposit of $100 in order to reserve your event date 7. Your final balance is due exactly two weeks (14 days) prior to your delivery, if final payment is not received promptly your order will be held or canceled 8. In the case that your event is cancelled on or before the final payment due date (14 days), you will not be billed for the remaining payment 9. The Backyard Bouquet do not offer "set-up" of any items at any location/venue but we deliver to your previously specified location and require a specified "point person" to meet our delivery crew to "sign off" on the items delivered 10. Once items are delivered and signed off, The Backyard Bouquet is no longer responsible for said items. 11. In the extreme and unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, or are unable to fulfill your order due to acts of god, injury, accident or any other circumstance we will provide a full refund or assist in finding another similar vendor 12. You agree and acknowledge that The Backyard Bouquet is not responsible for any personal injury or negligence resulting from use of items supplied to you.
